Casablanca Valley and Bio
fourth week of February and first week of March
9 g / Lt
The vineyards are located in the valleys of Casablanca and Bio Bio. Both valleys correspond to colder areas in the Central Valley of Chile. These climatic conditions allow grapes to obtain fresh character and great natural acidity. For this wine Pinot Noir has earned greater phenolic maturity, in order to achieve the desired color.
After careful harvesting, the grapes are brought to the cellar for fermentation of the base wine. This fermentation occurs under strict temperature control. It then proceeds to perform the second fermentation under the "Charmat" method. Once finished, the wine rests on its lees for 30 days entities bottling.
Bright, light pink. Fresh and fruity aromas. Citrus notes, white fruit and a subtle floral touch. Soft on the palate. Round palate and very fresh, with a vibrant acidity.
Enjoy as an aperitif with various inputs, white fish, fresh seafood and pastas served with mild sauces. Compliments Eastern and sushi preparations. Serve at 8 °C.
